2. Stay in Phase One Production Mode.
Meaning you are always in production mode. Lots of people start doing all the necessary activities to grow their organization ans after a certain point switch to management mode which can be a death kiss to your organization. Remember your people will do what you do not what you say. Always ask yourself this question. “Would I be satisfied if my team did what I did today?” or “Would I keep me hired if I did what I did this month in my business?”
3. Don’t Be a Salesperson, Use the tools.
People don’t like to be sold and to most people this can be a turn off. They might not tell you but they will think they have to be like you to do this business. Learn how to present your business using the tools and therefore promote the tools. Serve your people and want better things for them than you would yourself. Be a friend to your people. Remember people don’t care what you know unless they know that you care.

You will have challenges in your business. People may quit on you, friends or family will try to talk you out of the business but focus on your why. Focus on the solutions instead of the problems and you will succeed. More character is developed in times of adversity than any other time. 9. Maintain a High Level of Excitement and Enthusiasm.

12. Stay System Dependent Not People Dependent.
Most successful MLM companies, like successful companies in corporate America, are successful because of systems. Make sure you and your team are following the system because the systems is what helps average but committed people do extraordinary things not to mention time freedom for you in this business.

Documentation has to be provided if you claim specific results. Affiliates who promote affiliate products through reviews now have to state in their reviews that if the prospect purchases from them, they WILL receive a commission for the sale. This is one of the biggest changes in affiliate marketing
since I can remember.
And these two examples are just the tip of the iceberg. There have been, and there will continue to be, many changes as the years go by. How we adapt to these changes will determine our success. But okay, how DO we adapt to change? Some people don’t know how. They simply throw their arms up in the air and surrender. Well, here’s the best advice I can give you in regard to adapting to change.
For starters, don’t complain about it. It’s wasted, negative energy. If it’s a law or regulation, there is nothing you can do about it. You simply have to find a way to make the best of if. In the case of affiliate disclosure, what I do is offer an incentive for a person to purchase from me. That way, I can come right out and say that I’m getting compensated for their purchase. The incentive (maybe a bonus ebook or even my time) will make the compensation a non issue.
